How To Make Firefox Your Default Browser

It is one of the fastest browsers out there. Although, it has browsing features that vary from add-on  to the ability to render HTML files better. It also has tweaking section called Mozilla Firefox cheat sheet. One thing is clear it uses large part of your system memory than many other browsers.

However, it gives you a good browsing experience, most especially, with the speed to load your pages fast. 

If you want to make Firefox your default browser for whatever reason, this step-by-step information will help you to do that.

STEP 1: Double-click Firefox icon on your desktop or at the taskbar (if you have it there) to open Firefox.

STEP 2: Click on the 'Firefox' tab having a small arrow pointing downward.

STEP 3: From the drop-down select 'Options' and click 'Menu bar' to have the menu bar displayed at the top of your browser.

STEP 4: Now, click 'Tools' and  click 'Options' from the drop-down menu.

STEP 5: At 'Options' click on 'Advanced' tab.

STEP 6: Click 'Make Firefox the default browser' and click 'OK' to close the dialogue.
