Camera Works On Desktop Programs And Doesn't Work On Metro Apps In Windows 8.1

The system camera works on both desktop programs and metro application earlier. At some point in time it starts to work for desktop programs only to leave you to look for the cause of the problem. It happened after applying Windows Updates. That means the problem is coming from some drivers installed on your system automatically. These are video drivers from your Windows Update.
