'Allow Feedback' Issue With Windows Feedback App In Windows 10

Image of Windows Feedback in Windows 10

You have been unable to join the Feedback app community to make your suggestions and report other issues on Windows 10  operating system to Microsoft due to error with the Feedback App. It prevents you from going to there whenever you try to open the feedback app and directs you to make changes to the 'Privacy' section of 'Settings'(the one gradually replacing the classic Control Panel in Windows 10) before you can do that.  At the 'Feedback and diagnostic' section where you are required to make the changes has the warning, 'Windows Insider program manages this option'. Meaning it is disabled by Microsoft, set as default and there is nothing you have to do to effect change there.

The major cause of this issue in Windows 10 is usually a conscious disable of the telemetry or inadvertent use of software that interfere with the registry.
